Cheese & Ham Melt

A simple, classic sandwich brought to tastier heights

Serves 6


  • 12 St Pierre Brioche Sliders
  • 12 slices of ham
  • 12 slices of Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400°F
  2. Slice the brioche sliders in half, keeping the rolls batched together for ease
  3. Place bottom of rolls in a snug fitting dish, layer the slices of ham and cheese over the bottom of the rolls. Replace the top of the rolls
  4. Melt the butter into a mixing bowl and add the mustard, sugar, onion powder and poppy seeds.
  5. Mix together until evenly blended
  6. Brush the mixture all over the surface of each slider
  7. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown
  8. Serve and enjoy
