Veggie Breakfast Sandwich

A quick, easy meat-free breakfast feast

  • 1 St Pierre Brioche Baguette
  • avocado
  • halloumi cheese
  • mushrooms
  • tomato
  • tabasco sauce


  1. Lightly broil the brioche baguette
  2. Cut the halloumi cheese into thick slices and chargrill
  3. Broil or fry the mushrooms and tomato to your taste
  4. Slice the avocado
  5. Stack all the ingredients inside the brioche baguette, and add a splash of tabasco sauce for an extra kick
